ACE Regional Retail Forums

ACE retail forums are a very easy way to network with other cultural venues in a location reasonably close to you. They allow you to take the opportunity to share knowledge and best practice, and reflect on life in the museum sector in a friendly and informal way. The regional meetings are being phased into the annual programme of events as part of the legacy of the Retail Resilience Programme, and are open to everyone in the heritage sector, including ACE members.

Meetings are held regionally, in line with Arts Council regions. The dates can be found by clicking on your region below. Venues will be updated as soon as they are confirmed. If you can offer a venue on one of the dates in your region, please get in touch using the contact details shown - it would be a real help as we sometimes struggle to find venues to accommodate 20-30 people. Meetings are chaired by a member from the regional Major Partner Museum, with help and support from ACE representatives, Sue Croxford and Desi Evangelides. Each meeting has an agenda set by members of the group. It is important to understand that these meetings are “from the ground up”, covering topics that are meaningful and useful to the group. Find out more about what’s happening by clicking on the region.
