This workshop will help you understand the whole of the buying and planning cycle. You’ll learn how to create a buying plan, develop a product range and evaluate performance.

The course will include an overview of the key stages that make up the planning cycle - product strategy, review/research, range planning, sourcing and designing product, supplier selection, placing orders, planning and product launch.

Your trainer Selina Fellows has over 20 years’ experience in retail, marketing, brand and design. She advises on retail strategy, audits and benchmarking, range planning, new concepts, product development, buying, store layout and design, supply chain and operations, marketing and customer segmentation.
