Your trainer Bernard Horrocks is the Tate Gallery’s Intellectual Property Manager, and an independent consultant specialising in IP training, risk assessment, best practice, due diligence and all aspects of cultural heritage copyright, covering both commercial and non-commercial areas. Bernard has practised in the IP field since 1997 and has a postgraduate merit in UK, EU and US Law of Copyright and Related Rights from King’s College, London. Former Chair of the Museums IP Network (of which he was a founding member), he also sits on the Executive of the Museums Copyright Group.
