Retail Essentials 2: Buying

This workshop will help you understand the whole of the buying and planning cycle. You’ll learn how to create a buying plan, develop a product range and evaluate performance.
The course will include an overview of the key stages that make up the planning cycle - product strategy, review/research, range planning, sourcing and designing product, supplier selection, placing orders, planning and product launch.
