Being Entrepreneurial is not just setting up retail or opening a cafe - it is a mindset. It means being open to new ideas and taking risks to exploit new income streams.
This masterclass is for anyone who has been tasked with ‘being entrepreneurial’ and will provide the tools to explore how to generate ideas, a framework for developing and testing new offers and the confidence to be more entrepreneurial.

Xanthe is a senior commercial and strategic director with over 15 years’ experience leading and building digital agencies. She worked with clients from Audi UK to Domino’s Pizza – helping them transform their businesses through e-commerce. In 2013 she decided to use her commercial acumen to help cultural organisations thrive. She was Director of Commercial and Operations for the Soane Museum where she doubled their unrestricted income, built their licensing brand and transformed their visitor offer.
After the Soane Museum Xanthe joined JWA cultural consultancy and worked across a range of clients providing strategic support, specialising in developing commercial thinking and business planning. Her clients included Museum of London Archaeology, Old Royal Naval College, Pallant House Gallery, Transport for General Manchester, Turner Contemporary and Sir John Soane’s Museum.
