Saskia’s background is in commercial and brand development for arts/heritage collections so establishing brands and brand extension opportunities, licensing and protecting intellectual property portfolios, product design and retailing – in essence developing a vision for the brand within both the arts and the commercial sectors.
She managed the London Transport Museum and Transport for London intellectual property portfolios involving significant liaison with designers, manufacturers, retailers and licensees to develop products and projects which had either a commercial or brand profile value. Saskia will use case studies to illustrate outlined learning points and provide opportunities for the delegates to apply the newly learned knowledge to their own collections.
