ACE Masterclass: Creating a World Class Retail Strategy
During this Masterclass you will learn the necessity of having a documented plan in order to achieve retail objectives and long term performance standards; how to gain "buy-in" for your strategy and how the wider organisation can impact on your business planning. You will work with real life examples and take away tools to support the planning process. Kate will share her experience of important strategic lessons learned during shop openings, shop moves and shop closures.
The day will address:
- The four key questions a plan needs to answer.

- Specific objectives and barriers to achievement
- Your Resources - time/money/people elements of strategic planning
- Persuasion skills - the use of language in strategy writing
